Spark plug selection

There seems to be many wide and various choices in the plug selection. My car is a 78 1800. Dual points, carb, seems to be all stock. The plugs that are in it seem to be in OK shape. I just want to make sure I get good plugs, temp range etc, for this setup. My plug wires should be coming in tomorrow.

I just use the Bosch Super or NGK, BPR6ES non platinum

I use the NGK BP6ES but have also used the BP5ES. BP6ES is the correct heat range however.

I'm running the NGK BP6ES and BP5ES. The lower the number the hotter the plug.
