carb/manifold

i have a 1980 2000, carb/
i am replacing the intake with a 1800 intake and removing the smog setup
i took the pump off and got the carb off
i will be removing the intake and i am wondering what do i do with all the hose and them little air lines

i am putting on a 32/36 DFEV Weber Carburetor Two Barrel Progressive Carb

they can stay hooked up
remove the intake and put on the 1800 and the new carb
keeping the fuel and vacume from the dizzy"dis"

so all them hoses are on the intake?

i got a problem
all bolts are off the intake, and that tin dust cover back side the cam wheel is holding the intake from sliding off.
there nothing holding that cover on ( i dont think)
i tried to slide it off and it dont budge/ what with it ?

Hidden bolt? 7 bolts.

7 bolts ? that hold on that black tin dust pan, behind the cam wheels

NO no


the metal dust cover behind the cam wheels. driver side cover will not slide off, the cover is holding the intake on.just on the front corner

i ment the cam and the housing its in.
as it shouldnt hold up on the bracket for the timing belt.when your unbolting the intake.

the intake manifold\ wont come off. dust cover needs to come off.. rite?
