We want pictures!

If my sister's family settles in Virginia (hubby in the Marines, but retiring in a few years), then my folks and I will probably relocate to join them out there!

I am keeping my fingers crossed for the Fredricksburg area. That is some beautiful country!

It will be hard to leave the SoCal weather, but I sure wont miss the political BS.

Plenty of BS out this way, too. The battles between North Virginia and South Virginia match political fistfights anywhere. The Fredricksburg area has some of the worst auto traffic I've ever seen; I-95 in that area rivals the Long Island Expressway. Plus, you'll be downwind, downhill, and downstream of Washington, D.C. You will, however, be able to see the mountains most of the time, plus be elegible for VA's neat Historic auto tags (and rules :D )

Sorry I won't be able to make the drive on March 1, guys. Still plenty of work to do on the car. Post plenty of pictures!

Bernie is right. I'm in the Shenandoah valley where we don't have any of that. No traffic, little or no snow and plenty of vineyards  I run original tags on my 57 truck and 69 Spider.
