That looks like a great deal! The one thing you need to look out for on any Fiat is structural rust damage. These cars have several problem areas where the drain holes get clogged and rust eats them away. As for driving fun, they are a blast!

that is a cheap price, but be aware of the clues; there is no starter relay and it's got a leaking clutch slave.
It probably needs a new starter, and new clutch hydraulics. I've found more clutch masters leaking than slaves. The clutch master is a PITA to change as is the brake master
