Maybe useful info: I just fitted a single plane inlet manifold to a 1979 2000 Spider, removed all smog gear and I put on a new Weber 28/36 DCD 27 with this jetting (I think standard Ford Cortina 1600 etc) and it runs perfectly straight out of box, perfect spark plug colour, lots of power etc:

Secondary Main jet: 165
Primary air corrector jet: 230
Primary emulsion tube: F30
Secondary air corrector jet: 185
Secondary emulsion tube: F30
Primary idle jet: 50
Secondary idle jet: 70
Pump jet: 70
Starter air jet: 150
Starter air jet tube (fuel jet): 150F1
Needle valve seat: 175
