1982 Fiat Spider with a fuel leak where the fuel hose connects to the fuel rail. Does anyone know of a different way of connecting as the mechanic I use thinks it needs a crimping tool to make the connection along with a new fuel rail (which I can't find at any of the sites). Midwest Bayless site sells a high pressure connection which is used if you are not using a clamp. This makes me think that there might be a way of clamping the hose to the fuel rail rather than using the existing connection method.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks

Re: FUEL RAIL CONNECTION
Search the forum, There are multiple recent posts on the fuel rail. Removing, Fitting new hose, etc..
Not sure a mechanic would want to take the time to work this out.
