Nineteen hardy souls in 15 cars braved a pessimistic weather forecast for the fourth annual 4-county drive in suburban Maryland. A healthy mix of old cars and new, "drivers" and restored cars, established and new DC Fiats members. 87 miles for the ride, but some members traveled further to/from the start! Here we are in a Flomax moment about halfway out:
At the restaurant ... still no rain!
Three lucky folks won some cool swag from the trivia contest, which tested drivers and co-drivers powers of observation during the first half of the ride. (I can't believe nobody recognized the parked F-85 along the route )
The rain held until halfway back, but everyone's lights, wipers, top, and defroster worked. Try that in your British roadster
I hope to see you at the next DC Fiats event: http://dcfiats.org/events/index.html

Would be great to see you again! Your group has certainly grown from a few cars only a short time ago. I hope to make one of your breakfasts before Winter.

Thank you Bernie for organizing such a great drive. Very much enjoyed the lunch and the camraderie. Only my second DCFIAT drive and first four county, but I am hooked.
