Re: NJFIATS.ORG MEETING
Dangit! Why do you guys have to be so far away?! I have a 76 and would die for the opportunity to take one apart.
That's assuming there aren't any on-going feuds or turf wars between the NJ and Texas Fiat groups ; ) I here there can be bad blood between rival factions of the Fiat gang, lol
I'm sure you're already planning to do this, but I wanted to bring it up since this is such a rare opportunity: can I ask that someone take like a million pictures? I don't want to impose, but I guess just taking the pics is good, but sharing them would be even better : )
As an amateur/hobby mechanic, I hate to get into fixing something without knowing what I'm dealing with. These pics would be so valuable to me.
If you can't for any reason, that's totally cool. Please don't take this as some sort of demand. It's hard to set the right tone while typing.
Thanks! and have FUN

I was surprised how ugly the Shelby Daytona Coupe was in person. A car I always admired in pictures.

Re: NJFIATS.ORG MEETING
Hey Ralph, looks like you guys had a good visit. Yeah, that Daytona sure is rough, but considering the build time and the body of aero knowledge at the time, still quite an accomplishment.
Doing my manual brake conversion and new hard lines this week, plus another stab at the rear main seal. Hope to make it to one of your breakfasts before it gets too hot
