The new style idler has ball bearing races top and bottom and large washers top and bottom. It also has nuts top and bottom with the bottom and the bottom shaft has a spine for the idler arm.
Has anyone installed this type and how does one adjust it? Also should the ball bearings be packed with grease?

The design is ultra simple. All you need to do is bolt it in. The arm will just fit. The shaft will spin around all the way so there is no center position to set to. No additional grease is needed but feel free to add any heavy bearing grease if you have it laying around.
