Hello. I am new to the sight and new to Fiat ownership and new to car restoriation. With that said I recently purchased a 1973 Fiat 850 Sport Spider. I has been sitting for 3 years and needs a little tlc. To prepare for body work and painting I have started to diassemble the car taking lots of pictures and bagging parts as I go. The Haynes manual only seems to go so far so i have a couple of questions.
Question 1 - How are the headlamps removed?
Question 2 - Is the body panel between the engine cover and concv. top cover removeable?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Brent.

while quite a bit of the 850's body does unbolt.. I do not think that the panal between the convertable top hatch and the engine cover is one of them. I think that part is for structural support..
as for the headlights, you may have to take out the glass parts first and see what is behind them. I know the 124 spider's headlight bucket is compleatly removable from the fender.. so I doubt the 850 is that much different.
