Caliper banjo bolt torque spec.?

I'm replacing my calipers and I remember reading in the shop manual that the banjo bolt that holds the brake line in should be tightened to 20ft/lbs. However, anonymous sources have informed me that this is far too tight. Does 20 sound right or was I reading the manual incorrectly?
