What a gorgeous road, and such a great day! You guys have lots of driving ahead in the next couple of months to compensate for the rest of us.ventura ace wrote: The long, top-of-the-ridge pic from Ron Luxmore (snow capped Mt Baldie in the background) is a place where we parked while many of us drove back and forth along that stretch as hard as the road would let us.

Who owns the Green Spider? I would like to know what size wheel and tire combo that has as well as what exhaust system. Sounds good.

Re: 2nd ANNUAL SO CAL TURKEY TROT
cool pics albert, eladio, where are your pics?
Re: 2nd ANNUAL SO CAL TURKEY TROT
My tire size is 185x60x13, as Reyy stated I'm running one of my header/exhaust systems with a resonator added with a stock 1800 motor.
Here are my pics
It was a great run, thanks to everyone for a trouble free day, and lots of pics. I'll try to check out the Ridge Road for a longer run to the Pasadena area in the coming weeks

Re: 2nd ANNUAL SO CAL TURKEY TROT
Thanks Mark! It looks great, I love the stance. I am assuming you have lowering springs as you have less of a gap between the fender and tire than mine as I have 1.5" taller tires than you. Are you running wheel spacers? Also, will one of your exhaust systems work with another brand header without modification? Unfortunately I haven't looked into who made my header yet.So Cal Mark wrote:My tire size is 185x60x13, as Reyy stated I'm running one of my header/exhaust systems with a resonator added with a stock 1800 motor.
Re: 2nd ANNUAL SO CAL TURKEY TROT
I cut my springs and no, my exhaust is designed to connect to my header. I haven't seen another header like mine, so I doubt the system would connect. The collector on my header is nearly vertical to fit any motor/chassis combination of Spiders and still get adequate tube length
