Cam cover screws
Hey folks. What size Allen wrench for the cam cover screws? I know— finger tight and then a little more. Just don’t have a wrench that large. Thanks!

Re: Cam cover screws
For an '82 spider, I'm guessing that you have the newer cam cover screws, which take a 10mm Allen wrench. The early style screws were larger, and a 12mm wrench worked (the same wrench as the oil pan plug).
Honestly, you can also just tighten up with a pair of pliers or vise-grips or the like, taking care not to scratch up the metal. As you noted, the screws are finger tight and then a quarter turn or so.
