Thinking of replacing my "meaner cleaner" that I installed when I did the ADFA conversion with the original air cleaner set-up.
Any issues with mating the air cleaner to the ADFA?
Still have all the original bits and the cold air snorkel too.
The original configuration will give a place for the crankcase vent to attach and I can get rid of the little free hanging filter on the end now.
Back to original air cleaner?

Not sure if it's like my '79s' setup, but I did not have any trouble at all fitting my stock air cleaner to my 32/36 DFEV:

The top horn configuration is different on the ADFA and won't fit the 79 stock air cleaner without some modification.

This will be my first task of the driving season so we'll see what's involved.
