Anyway, here's what I done did.
I used these:

1) remove the hideous grey plastic trim around the latch
2) cut off the shoulder buckle, you won't have anywhere to mount it.
3) Bolt the reel behind the rear seat. Use the lower of the two holes (my car has two, probably not standard)
4) Bolt the other end of the belt into one of the holes in the floorboards (see above)
5) That's it really, a bit of routing and you're off.

Steiny, I mounted the shoulder buckle loop in the top hole behind the reel. The belt pulls straight up from the reel, so I repositioned the loop for the belt to glide 90 deg towards the front seat. Hope this makes sense. Greeny
