On my passenger door, Look at pictures. The 2 rubbers are rubbing each other and the one at the car is getting destroyed. Not sure why? Maybe door needs to be adjusted? And the rubber in the door , is it correctly installed? The flap is up, is that correctly installed or should it be looking down.
Is this door rubber correctly installed on the passenger door?

Can anyone take a picture of the door rubber to see if the flap is looking up?
Thanks in advance

The rubber on the door should slant down to the right and the flap should be "looking up". There should not be a screw on the rubber on the frame side - it just lies flat and flush against the steel. Check your door gaps front and rear - they should be equal.

Yes the flap is looking up. The screw should be a rivet, right?

No screw, no rivet - nothing at all.

Really? Can I see a pic? It needs something to hold it in place.
