That was very naughty, Ron. My Ron isn't ever at home when my Fiat breaks down. If he was, do you think I'd have to resort to figuring these things out myself? Mark, don't waste your time looking for a video. Working on my Fiat is an intimate experience and videos won't be found on the internet.

I got this problem solved.

It was two layers of stupid mistakes.
1. Installed the thermostat external improperly
2. The electrical connections to the two sending units on the top of the engine needed to be cleaned/sanded for better contact. I was getting false readings before.

All good now.

Two questions: Did you use my tried and true method to determine the proper installation of the thermostat?
Do you have a video of it?
