My windshield wipers were moving very slowly, even on high. The wiper arm shafts were almost stuck. I used some reinforced hose, clamps and a few fittings to push the oil through the shafts with air pressure. 35 psi and some light oil worked great.

Nice! I found PB blaster worked well for a fully frozen valence and wiper arms. This should be good for maintenance lubrication
