I think this picture pretty much speaks for itself.That is the King(Ace) and Queen (Denise) of the early model Spiders looking at my 82 in a jealous way! After our beer run in my car, it is rumored that Denise is now in the market for some giant tube bumpers and maybe some 82 springs for her car!




All kidding aside thanks to Denise and Ron for showing me and Geoff some Southern hospitality! I had a great time.Ace and Maureen are a hoot ,and it was great hanging out with you.Congrats to John Kristoff and his lovely wife on 3rd place in the biggest division on their first try.Then John used his trophy to catch diff. oil while fixing his pinion!We are gunning for you next year.It was great to meet Mike B.,Bernie,The 'Jersey boys',Thad ,many Canuks,Jon,Paul,George,Ron and Maureen Cunningham,Mark and Annie, and everyone who made us feel so welcome.God ,I wish I had a pic of Kevin Pound in his kilt and Denise wearing her toe mirrors!

It was trickery, I say! Craig's sweet son, Geoff cajoled me into sitting in that seat. I am guilty of riding with Craig for the beer run, but I was just testing the clutch pedal when they took that picture!

Craig, I'd check out your interior very closely. Check for razor blade cuts on the seats or missing relays from under the dash. Those early spider owners cant be trusted.

LOL, looks like Denise got all that tar off her from the interior scrape job on her project Spider. Is Ace stealing that grill ornament? HA!

Cute Mark. If you'll notice, my arms can't possibly reach the steering wheel and I have a foot before I can reach the peddles. I'm not growing up but out.
