So now that mine is back on the road.. I have a few small items to do, to make life nicer.. One is adjusting the driver door, it rubs along the bottom..
So I take the interior off the door, and what do I find?? Well... I'll let pictures speak for themselves...
The last image is from the top of the down, facing down... The PO welded the door to the hinge.. No adjustment for me.. It open an closes, but just drags on the bottom a bit.
No door adjusting for me..

Re: No door adjusting for me..
Guess it depends on how much you want to put into the car.
There's a wrecking yard in south Phoenix, (Angels?) that may have a door.
They used to have lots of Fiat stuff, but it's been years since I've been there.
At least you weren't done with the block sanding when you discovered it.

Re: No door adjusting for me..
I might be up for those doors, if they're close enough in color to mine...
I actually have a 78 with good doors, but with the older handle style... So if worse comes to worse, when I go to paint it some many years from now...
As I said, the door currently works, it would be better with some adjustment, but I can live with it.. I want some time driving this thing damn it!

Yeah, I'm just not going to bother for now... Its not really hindering me, just rubs a bit when i open and close.. I have other things to fix up.. Like the seat belts being quirky.. I may just replace them...
