purchased a 1934 500.00 bill for 710.00
i neglected to check his rating untill i paid for it. well it turns out that he scammed a couple already
good news is that pay pay locked that 710.00 for ten days , if he fails to not send a tracking number and the bill he gets nothing and i get the refund

Amen to that! It's tough to be a seller too. I sold two items a while back ... one person was new to Ebay and the other had a 100% positive rating, yet I still have not been paid by either person. No communication, no responses, they've not even responded to Ebay's open cases against them. I'm growing wearing of deadbeats and scammers on Ebay.
