I have a 72 Fiat Spider 1800 that I have completely torn down and am now rebuilding. I am looking to put some different carbs on this engine and have decided to go with 1999 Yamaha R1 carbs (40 mm). This would give each cylinder its own throttle body and let quite a bit more air/fuel into the cylinders. Has anybody done this before and if so, what are some tips or watch outs?
Thanks
72 Spider carb swap
Keep it on topic, it will make it easier to find what you need.
