sticky shifting

When I change gears it feels like it gets stuck in each gear and once out of that gear it doesn't want to smoothly move into the next gear... Suggestions, insight?

you have to get under the car, there is a 17mm hex plug on the right side of the trans. Remove the plug and you should be able to feel the oil with your finger.

i'd plan on replacing the tranny fluid while you have the car jacked up and sitting level. It sounds like it has been a while since this was done.
