LA in 5 I's thinks. They are playing great playoff hockey with a goalie that got hot at the right time. I'd be guessing they would have their hands full with NY though.

Losing a Game 7 by one goal to the number 1 seed is nothing to be ashamed of, but ...

it's the most unlikely scenario I could have imagined. After Doan's elbow antics, I believe the only reason he isn't suspended is that the league owns the team and they have no intention of losing their best player at this point

Well Mark...they did it. I think they have a good chance to win the cup. The goalie is playing well. If NJ gets in , it'l be over in 5 and if the Rangers...LA in 6....

Going to mortgage the house and catch a game?

LA were very lucky. They should have been on a penalty kill when they scored the winner and Dustin Brown should be sitting out a multiple-game suspension.

Now would be a good time to attempt any sort of price negotiation on his goods or services, because he's probably dizzy and weak

One thing's for sure ... my Caps are not at this level of play, and one or two players aren't going to get them there.

If last night's game is any indication, this should be a great Finals. Good luck to both well-deserving teams.

I really doubt myself or many other hockey fans I know really care or are watching, but when I read the paper the following morning, do kinda hope the Kings get the cup

I am rooting for the kings, i finally made it to a live game in Jan had some nice eye candy with me as well the Kings
won 4 to 0 . Maybe we will bring the cup home this year I hope so we will see .

She looks so much like a girl from high school (40 years ago) I knew..

Anyway bet you won't see empty seats when the series comes to LA. Those seats in Vancouver during the regular season are around $150 + each,(beer is $7.00 for 8 oz.) area behind the bench and between the blue lines are around $500.00 each...
I have some friends that when in the phoenix area in the winter, will catch a Canucks/Phoenix game for about $40/ ticket.
Now its a real treat to see a hockey game on a working guys wage.
