ok so the balancing is in relation to the front and rear drive shafts?
I only got the diff and axle housing, does this mean i need to find an earlier rear section of the drive shaft or the full thing?

If you just replace one section you will need to get the whole thing balanced. Try to get a complete driveshaft that has not been disassembled. PB
