Check out my Rosso Bambino '77 at the 2:57 mark....... it was the best Italian show I have seen and nothing better than being flanked by million dollar Ferrari's with my little 124 Spider........ I made Autoweek.... ok now my resto job was well worth it....

Re: Fiats on Rodeo Drive
OK, here's some pictures. Naturally I forgot to take my camera, so I used my phone. This is a lot easier with a camera.
I forgot to get the model of this one
This 63 250 Lusso was the last one made and was given as a gift to Henry Ford 2nd by Enzo Ferrari
This 53 Fiat 8V was the featured car on the signage for the event
A 1948 Ferrari "Monza"
The guy who owns this 1958 Bianchina Special had several cars at the show
A 1958 fiat Abarth
And this one may have been my personal favorite. This 72 Dino is flat out gorgeous. The owner, a real nice guy, spent ten years on the restoration, not to win trophys, but to have a beautiful car
These are just a few of the cars of course, mainly the ones I thought were interesting, and even then it was hard to pick the ones to take pictures of.
Rodeo Drive was packed shoulder to shoulder Sunday, and I'm glad I went. Hey, I even got free lunch from Alvon!
(I think he sprung for luch because he felt sorry for me getting a $64 parking ticket.)

I could understand a speeding ticket, but not a parking ticket
Re: Fiats on Rodeo Drive
A bunch more photos at the attached link. A few of my Positano Yellow '69, and both of Alvon's are here and pretty much the rest of the show.

Cisitalia 202; Pinin Farina body on a modified Fiat 1100 chassis. That one's from the Petersen Museum, but the Cisitalia 202 was the first car in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art.rlux4 wrote:OK, here's some pictures.
