FFO 2011 REGISTRATION DEADLINES

FFO is July 21-24 this year and deadlines are drawing near. I urge everyone to make their hotel reservation at the host hotel today to ensure the special FFO rates. Today is the deadline. If you have a problem down the road and can't make it, you can cancel, but it is imperative to get your reservations today!!! It's going to be a great event with tours to Jack Daniels Distillery, lunch at Lane Motor Museum the show at the Parthenon and sightseeing through downtown Nashville, TN. Can't wait to see everyone there.

Yet another year that it's reasonably close and I still can't manage to make it. I do have faith, however, that chi flu and wmflu will get together in the next five years and propose a nice local FFO...

I'm hoping that the eastern Canadians will come up with a plan for a cooler location next July. Drive-in movies in 85-degree evenings stopped being fun for me a long time ago. Toronto is probably equidistant from you & I.

Sadly I won't be going this year, despite it being close by. I was going to ride with Pete Ziegler but he has some family obligations. Mike is off to it early oddly enough so riding with him is out. There is no way I am driving a VW down there...
