I'm up for it -- when I get my transmission back together. Should be getting the parts I need in the next few days. Working a little each evening, I'll have it all together and installed in a week or two.

Haven't a clue on locations - will look into it! Although I know they do car rallies in Stockton, but I think that's too far north -- will check into it and then repost.

that might be a bit too far north, maybe closer to Monterey?

Sounds like a plan! I'm going to take 2 weeks off work next year for a road trip -- Highway 1 is calling to me.
