Hi guys.
Ok, so i removed the radiator and pressure cleaned the inside. I backwased it the hole nine yards. The water is flowing frealy in every direction. I then bought a brand new thermostat and installed it. It also has a brand new water pump. Now when the tempreture gets up the thermostat opens and the water flows to the top of the radiator. But its not circulating through the radiator. The bottom is cold and so is the botom hose to the thermostat. Is there a chance I have the thermostat in the wrong way, although there appears only one way for all the 3 hoses to go.
Help needed please. I have attached image of thermostat housing in place. [img][/img]

Re: water wont circulate round the radiator
ok i see the difference. For the moment I have put back the old one that has no internal thermostat. This at least let me run the flushing fluid throw it. But I am pooped after what should have been a 1hr job ending up running all day and still not working, lol.
I will have to try again tomorrow.
