Great pics man. My daughter loves the Fiat as well and in a few years she will probably take her date to the prom in it if he's lucky that is. We will be going to the sweethearts dance soon in ours as well. Good Job Dad!

Sorry! I am trying to address the over sized picture size right now! I thought I could catch it before anyone saw it but I guess not. Thanks!

LOL! No we weren't married at the time..... that took another 6 years! It was our first real date though. Our actual first date was taking her two sisters to McDonald's but only after I had dug 4 holes to plant the 250+# trees with root balls in her parent's front yard. Oh, did I forget to mention that they were covered in poison oak too!

250 trees? sounds like they were trying to weed out prospective suitors

Only 4 trees but they were 250+ pounds each. I think they were just trying to get cheap (read: Free - other than a McD dinner for 4) manual labor and child care for a few hours.

Cheap labor?! Sounds like it cost them a daughter.

Worked out well for you though, didn't it. :D

Very nice pictures. Thanks for sharing! Wow, hard to believe 1995 was so long ago, and to think, somewhere in my pile of photos, I've got one of me and my boyfriend in front of a 1968 Spider from 1979. Good gawd, I'm old!

Very nice pictures. You have a beautiful family! I just attended my third father/daughter dance two weeks ago (see pic below). No Fiat involved for me either. Mike, if you recall there is a very reasonable explanation for this...they always hold these dances around Valetine's Day. And WE LIVE IN FROZEN HELL in Febraury! Alas, we cannot drive our sweethearts to the dance in our Fiats.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate all of you comments and compliments! You have all been very kind and I have enjoyed hearing all of your stories and seeing all of you pictures as well.

John- It was quite cold here on Friday as well but, I am sure much warmer than where you live. Our ride was a bit chillier than I would have liked but, since my blower fan is not currently functioning it was a chilly ride but it was her choice (Read: Demand!). BTW, your daughter is beautiful, you are going to have your hands full.

The red coupe was bought by my parents before I was born. I was brought home from the hospital in it, and was able to bring my daughter home after her birth as well. I learnt to drive in it as well. A real member of the family...
