Motor donor car.
I pulled the motor out this past weekend, and washed the car. I am thinking about the amount of body work to do to it now. I was trying to spend as little money as possible getting one driving. That won't be a big problem. However, I don't know whether to live with the little body problems until I can better afford to fix them, or go ahead while the car is apart and winter is on its way and do all of that now. I am fixing the three rust holes in the floor boards, these are all very small. There are also a few small spots of surface rust on the exterior body, and two spots of bare metal where the paint has come off. I have not decided what to do to these yet. I obviously do not want them to get worse. So...
Decisions, decisions.
Nice looking shop. Since you've already got the engine out, I'd at least refinish the engine bay area and touch up the bare spots if you didn't decide to go ahead with the bodywork. Mine has been a rolling restoration for 15 years!
