I was working in tracking.down a couple of wires and accidentally turned on the blower.
Lord knows it was.working.
Loudest most horrible noises.
Looked under passengerside dash where I assume most are located.
Nothing, can't find image or video online.
Sounds like might be coming from middle of dash.
Is this a pain to replace?
Thank you
Erich

Re: Blower?
kind of a pain, yes. Remove the console first. Then you can get to it, underneath, with amazing body contortions.

Re: Blower?
Thank you
I got radio console out
Looks like the box is held together by what I am assuming is 4 clips.
From looking at images I assume separate after removing clips and the blower is right there.
Held in like it is slide in place in a track?
Any help is appreciated before I brake something

Re: Blower?
Once you undo those 4 clips, the lower housing will come downward, and the fan is inside. To totally free the lower housing and fan to work on it, the cable that controls the lower flap vent has to be undone. And the 3 wires to the blower motor (ground, slow, fast).
