Hi! Just got my 1980 Spider (Fuel Injection) started last Sunday. Tuesday, I washed and waxed it and drove it around the block. It was a real thrill! I won't be driving it too much more until I replace the 42 yr old tires, timing belt and master cylinder. The master cylinder is pretty weak, and is the reason I parked it sometime around 2007.
Parts are on the way to replace the timing belt and water pump.
