Auto filter & fluid lifespan

Hi all. Any idea how often the automatic fluid and filter should be changed? Seasonal only car, 1000 or less miles/year. Many thanks.

I'm doing every 10 years on mine, which is about 7000 miles. That is based on how I feel. I have had it for 11 years now. The transmission leaks a little, but works fine.
