Hi Everyone, I joined a couple months back but forgot to introduce myself. I bought a 78' 124 this summer with the intentions of rebuilding it with my sister as a retirement gift for my parents. I have never rebuilt a car or done major mechanical work so I've been relying on this forum for advice and it has come in handy more times than I can count. Excited to getting this spider back to its former glory!

Hello I myself am a new member to this site (Manitoba).. I was given a 124 in Vancouver for work I had done at a dealership. That was 24 years ago . I have driven it in BC for a couple years then moved to Manitoba and am now starting to restore it totally. I just started a couple weeks ago and almost have it stripped down and mounted to a rottisary . I love the car and am hoping to get it back on the ground this year. We will see. You will find many parts if not all are available still.. including body and subframe parts. I found one in Quebec that makes new body panels if you need. Have fun !!!!
