Hello from Oslo, Norway

Hi all, and greetings from Oslo, Norway where - alas - the season is coming to an end.

I drive 1971 Sport Coupé with a 1608 and double Webers, street tune cams and stainless manifolds. With snow and salty roads coming up I'll be confined to the garage over the next few months and will surely check in with some novice questions from time to time. I've already learnt a lot from browsing these pages, so thanks for putting together such a great forum!

Welcome aboard. I have a 1970 124 couple also with a 1608 and double Webber setup. I hope to have it ready for the road by next summer.

Thanks redcars. They are rarities in these parts, most of them having rusted away. How do you ventilate the carbs on yours? I'm suspecting the stock 'turtleback' air cleaner is restrictive and considering a change for something breezier and not likely to catch fire. Any suggestions welcome!

Jim, a good time to visit for sure. Let me know if you need any tips on places to go.
