Greetings all and thanks for the add.

I am the proud owner of a 1969 Spider AS 1400 5 speed (project). These cars are hyper rare here, never having been imported, so to find an early one is great. She needs (erm) a lot of doing, or rather undoing as in her chequered past she has suffered the attentions of enthusiast panel beaters, so once the bondo is excised, I have a sinking feeling we will need to remake or replace the front fenders, valance and interior wheelarches.
Also needed, a roof frame, roof, Veglia gauges, some chrome sill strips, front and rear light lenses, bumpers and upholstery.
No matter - not daunted (yet). Hoping to find bits here and avoid the eye watering expense of importing bits.
Look forward to worshipping at the shrine of spider wisdom in days to come! MARK
