Fuel injector replacement
What’s the easiest way to replace injectors, should I remove the intake?

You don't have to. The worst part is to remove the hose. You can cut them and replace with new one with FI hose clamp.

Re: Fuel injector replacement
I remove the fuel rail with the injectors attached. Then I use a Dremel type tool with small ball cutter to cut the hose deep into cup. Pull the old hose off. No need for clamps if proper size and type of hose is used. I lube the barbs and heat the hose with a hot air gun to make installation easier. Getting the hose to bottom out in the cut takes some force. Be sure the hose is cut square to it bottoms out correctly into the cup.

Re: Fuel injector replacement
Thanks, I took the intake and rail off, I have a bad Thermo switch but decided to go through the whole system, replace injectors, sensors and hoses. This is a project that set for years before I got it so why not do it allspider2081 wrote:I remove the fuel rail with the injectors attached. I can have not been able to click on a link posted on this site for a while. i have to copy and post the link in order for it to work. not sure if its a fiatspider.com issue or my lack of computer knowledge.

I was able to click on the one you posted and get to the site so I suspect it's something on your end.
