Currently: windshield is off, dash is out, cowl is off. What is the smartest way to put those back together? Windshield first? easiest and most efficacious for the gaskets, particularly the one for the front of the dash?

I am pretty sure windshield first is the way to go. I am in the boat and just need some help since the windshield bolting is a 2 person job.
