seat track ball bearings... size?

holy crap those seat rails are a PITA.
Anyone happen to know what size those ball bearings are?

for anyone who's rebuilt the seat tracks.. how many bearings are in these things originally.. It looks like only 3-5 per side or about 5-10 total. Any one know?

I've been running those sliders for over 1,000 miles now. No issues at all once I got everything bent up properly. Had to pull the seats a couple of times to get to that point. I found everything fit better with the lever pushing down to release. Only had to drill some small holes in the seat pan to clearance. Otherwise you'd really have to cut out the seat pan to clearance it enough to pull up for release (or use 1" spacers between track and seat which I didn't want to do) IIRC.

I noticed my aftermarket CJ5 seat sliders have a lever that moves side/side instead of up/down, and also locks on both sides which I feel is a must. IMHO the stock one-sided locking probably contributes to the seat frame twisting up when bigger people like myself sit in them.

Anyway these honestly might work better in our spiders than the ones I ended up using in that other thread and I think they are made better too. https://www.amazon.com/MasterCraft-Safe ... B005JVF98S
