Cold start fast idle adjustment on weber ADF or DEFV

I having trouble getting carb to idle fast enough. How is this adjusted?

On the ADF there is a long adjustment screw that passes through the accelerator lever and enters the choke housing. The end of that screw rides on a stepped cam inside the choke housing. Turning the screw in will increase the high idle speed when the choke is engaged.

Do you get to by taking off the plastic cover that covers the choke plate adjustment?

Hopefully this link when accessed will show you the choke side view of a 34 adf. You can see the adjustment screw passing thru the throttle linkage lever and into the choke housing. The DFEV may have a plastic cover but I've never seen one on an ADF.
