Can some one tell me if ! When the lights are on do the front single lite both meaning all 4 bulbs come on. Or if just the inside bulbs come on and the other is blinker only,

And what position is the head light toggle switch is. All running lights and head lights What position .
Just running lights. What position.

How can you tell if the switch is set in upside down. Or does it even matter

Usually up is off
Middle is parking lights
Down is headlights and parking lights.

Toggle switch mounting hole is keyed, so you would have to work at putting switch in upside down. At least on my '82.
