Driveline shakes, yoke alignment bushing race....

Post by grrrdot »

Hi,
So I am trying to track down a drive-line vibration and noise. I pulled the driveshaft end of yoke and found that the yoke alignment bushing and race are severely worn in one place, its a noticeable trough.

I pulled the bushing race out and its 32mm x 28mm x 13mm. Does not look like a serviceable part from Fiat.

If this part is worn does it mean the yoke is bent somehow?
Or can I track down a race or bushing and replace this?

Used yokes are cheap. We may even have new ones.

Yeah I was looking at that route but I just had the whole drive-line balanced with this yoke.
I ended up spending ~$14 for the race, not amazing but will get me back on the road.
