Plastic Relay sockets are supposed to slip in and snap in place on the black metal bracket. On the black metal bracket look at the slots and they align up with the tabs on the relay socket.

Unless someone broke them.

so nothing is missing, each relay has his plastic socket built in, right ?

Yes - those red plastic sockets are supposed to clip together into a nice solid unit. At least mine do.
