Window felts

Post by seabeelt »

Has anyone replaced these recently? I'm referring to the vertical ones. Is there a front and rear or only a front? Drivers window seems to wobble front to back as well as rattle inside the door. YouTube videos?.? Any help/guidance is much appreciated. Second, which of our favorite vendors has the best replacement product to work with? Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

I bought new window felt from AR. look at the condition of the rubber at the top end of the window track. the front one is a problem as there is a metal tong in there that holds it to the frame. the old felts are pop riveted in place. they will need to be drilled out and the new one pop riveted in. dont think this can be done with the tracks in the car.
