You simply undo the 2 10mm bolts and then wiggle the limiter out. Sometimes I get one end of it out an then I have to close the door partway to get it out.

Is there trick to getting them back on, without taking the door completely off? On mine, the bottom hook has come off, I'd like to get it back on there...

Just play with it - use opening or closing the door as leverage when you need it.
