I'm doing a rebuild on my 32ADFA carburetor. I have it mostly apart and cleaned up; I didn't take out the throttle shafts because I read in several places that is a risky process, but all the other bits are off and shiny. As I'm looking through the washers and gaskets in the rebuild kit, preparing to reassemble, I found four of these washers, which seem to be made out of some sort of soft plastic. I don't know where they go -- I didn't find anything like this when I took the carb apart. Any help?
