another refugee returns

Post by Michael N. Marcus »

I just passed through the wormhole from the distant galaxy, and am happy to see that some familar names and cars have also survived the trek.

I was very frustrated to see this forum disappear, especially since I made a donation to keep it alive, and even tried to buy it.

I kept checking every few days to see if it came back...but it didn't, so after a few months I stopped checking.

Then, for no logical reason, I checked again, and I found a sign of life.

It's finally springtime in New England. The view from my window shows a bright sunny sky. My PC screen says the temperature is 55 degrees. It's a perfect topdown day, and time to wake up Spiderman from its long winter nap.

VROOM VROOM to everyone. :D

It's good to see you lurking about again. A lot of the "ole timers" felt the same frustration, but you'll find site support is better than ever.

Welcome back, how far north have you been with the spider?

Although I get to your fine state once or twice each summer, the farthest north I've driven the Spider was to a car show last Spring at Bradley Airport, just north of Hartford.
