Inside the door you can see where there is a cable that runs over four pulleys and the motor, to raise and lower the window. This cable has two vertical runs, one toward the front of the door, and one toward the back. Each has a small clamp on it which fastens the window to the cable. These clamps position the window on the cable and can be adjusted up and down by loosening the clamp and sliding it along the cable, allowing you to change the height, and angle, of the glass.

In addition to the cable clamps there are two "L" shaped metal stops which limit the window's upward travel. They are attached to the bottom edge of the glass, one toward the front of the window and one toward the rear. These are adjustable, too, and determine where the window stops when you raise it by coming to rest against the inside top edge of the door.

Between these two adjustments you should be able to get the glass moving smoothly in the channel, moving straight up and down, and stopping exactly where you want them to. It is a bit fiddly getting it all correct, but once you see it in action it is pretty obvious how it all works.

Good luck!
