may want to check the connections to the injectors and air hoses in general. hard acceleration in those gears creates a lot of engine torque movement on the motor mounts. my have one injector wire that is losing connection, or an air hose with a crack that gets exposed under these conditions.

The injectors or one or two might be a bit bunged up. There are small wire screens in them and might be restricting flow. If you have a place near you that deals with injectors, perhaps take the fuel rail off and take the injectors in to be cleaned and flow tested. The screens are usually replaced at that time. Cost here is about $25/injector. Good time to replace the aging , brittle original injector hose as well if not already done. Might want to check the fuel filter as well..
Simple fix of course is as mentioned...check the connections.
Another thing, does the car stumble at easy acceleration as well to about 3-3500 rpm as well..? Might be the track in the AFM.
